- Working with functional and frontline leaders to attract and retain quality talent and drive initiatives to build high-performing teams.
- Monitoring company performance and making key financial decisions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Solid experience developing and executing business growth plans.
- The ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- 10+ years' experience from the private sector, with an ability to actively manage risk and seek opportunities for business results.
- A commitment to leading with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
