* You hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
* You have experience working within the early years and a solid understanding of early childhood development.
* You\'re a proactive, creative, and engaging educator who thrives in a busy and stimulating environment.
* You\'re passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children, helping them grow into confident and capable learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement educational programs that support children's individual needs.
* Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing setting for all.

Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Current Blue Card
* Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
* Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
* Prior experience as a Lead Educator is essential.
