Mask Events is a creative events agency based on the Sunshine Coast, with work stretching across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We design and deliver everything from corporate galas and awards nights to festivals, community events, conferences and brand activations.
Every event is people-first, purpose-driven, and crafted with a mix of creativity and rock-solid logistics.
With exciting growth in ****, we're looking for one or two experienced Event Managers, including a potential Senior Event Manager, to join our team.
The Role
You'll lead events end-to-end, bringing clarity, creativity, and confidence to the table:
Own client relationships and guide projects from concept to completion.
Shape concepts, theming, styling, and guest experiences.
Build and manage budgets, financials, and supplier negotiations.
Coordinate venues, logistics, production, entertainment, and on-site delivery.
Lead bump-in, event day, and bump-out with professionalism and calm.
Capture insights and improvement opportunities after each event.
Senior candidates will also guide junior staff and lead larger-scale events and strategic projects.
Who You Are
You're an experienced event manager with 3–8+ years in the industry, who knows how to make things happen.
You'll thrive with us if you're:
Strong with logistics, detail, and operational planning.
Confident in building and managing budgets.
Creative and collaborative – you enjoy shaping concepts with stylists and designers.
Exceptional communicator and calm under pressure.
A natural leader on an event site – decisive, kind, grounded.
You have a driver's licence, your own vehicle, and are comfortable working event hours.
Where You're Based
Our head office is located on the Sunshine Coast, and the role will predominantly be based here, with flexible hours and WFH options.
