Job Description Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables Manage IT and OT Infrastructure projects on a day-to-day basis using either Agile or Waterfall methodology to deliver the required products within the constraints agreed with the Steering Committee, including but not limited to Project Management Plan, Schedule, Cost Model and RAID and Change Control Registers.
Manage, monitor, and control all project activities in accordance with the Project Management Plan as well as any related functional, operational, or legal requirements.
Report to the Steering Committee, senior management, project team, IT PMO, and other stakeholders on project progress with particular emphasis on actual and potential variations to cost, time and quality.
Work with and align key partners, vendors, and contractors to deliver outcomes for the project.
Finalise projects on completion including handover to support partner, transfer of assets and closure of project financial systems.
The Successful Applicant Essential Proven delivery of complex IT/OT infrastructure projects including networking, servers, storage, cloud, security, and end-user computing Extensive project management experience in large, complex organisations Strong operational management and commercial leadership including managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams Expertise in project methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, with ability to align to IT PMO standards and project gating processes Sound project governance and stakeholder engagement with ability to influence without authority and manage priorities calmly Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence; familiarity with Project Online and SAP modules is a plus Proven success working with strategic partners on services and projects Strong organisational and planning skills as a self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building relationships across managers, stakeholders, and teams OT infrastructure knowledge (IoT, OT Networks, Telecommunications etc) Desirable Knowledge of Cyber Security standards and components.
Understanding of ITIL processes.
Experience in PMO coordination, scheduling, or operational support.
