The Role
As the Commercial Property Manager, you will take ownership of a well-established portfolio consisting of commercial and retail assets. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as an Assistant Property Manager who is ready to progress into managing their own portfolio.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio including multiple strata units and a mix of retail tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong tenant relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a commercial and retail portfolio
* Tenant liaison and relationship management
* Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
* Managing arrears, budgeting and financial reportingConducting property inspections and overseeing operational matters
* Ensuring lease compliance and assisting with renewals and rent reviews
* About You This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their commercial property career and gain ownership of their own portfolio.
To be successful, you will have:
* Previous experience in Commercial Property Management or as an Assistant Property Manager
* Strong understanding of commercial property management processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A current WA Property Management Registration
