We're searching for a detail-oriented and inquisitive person to join the Marketing team in the newly created position of Database Coordinator. You will be the champion of our Customer Record Management System (CRM) and support our marketing and wider business operations. About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be the go-to person for CRM and database management, ensuring teams across the business are working to maintain accurate, accessible and relevant data records that work hard for the business. The creation of a dedicated role for this function, is indicative of the importance placed on CRM for the growth strategy of the Neutrog.

What You'll Do
* Manage and maintain our CRM database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
* Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to inform decision-making
* Identify gaps or errors in data entry and work with teams to resolve and improve processes
* Seek out ways to optimise database use and drive engagement across the business
* Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and coordination
What You'll Bring
* Experience with CRM platforms (D365 and Power BI desirable, but training available for the right mindset)
* Enthusiasm to be the 'go-to' person in the business for CRM help, support and training.
* Strong attention to detail and an analytical, curious approach to problem-solving
* The ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
* Comfortable "policing" data quality in a constructive, collaborative way
* Experience in membership-based organisations, e-commerce, or database driven businesses
