About the role

They are looking for an experienced, influential leader with a sound understanding of multi-disciplinary Allied Health requirements and proven business and budget management skills. In this role, the Executive Leader will bring strong business acumen, change management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex government regulations and environment.

You will work closely with the CEO and Executive Leaders to shape strategy, strengthen operations, and lead an engaged, high-performing workforce whilst driving force behind high-quality, innovative service delivery across the Early Links programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred outcomes.
* Develop and implement strategic business plans, budgets, and service innovations.
* Oversee operational performance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and service delivery outcomes.
* Foster partnerships with community stakeholders, peak bodies, and government agencies.
* Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
* Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
* Commence a "For Profit" business within the division, initially a trial then to full rollout.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

* Tertiary and postgraduate qualifications and/or substantial experience in business management, human services, or relevant discipline
* Extensive executive or senior leadership experience, ideally within the NDIS or community sector.
* People leadership experience with the ability to lead change, inspire teams, and achieve high performance outcome.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in change management such as integrating technology to improve systems and services.
* Experience in driving a culture of accountability and performance.

This role is based in Mayfield, NSW. There are also satellite offices at Warabrook, Ashtonfield, Maitland, and Muswellbrook, NSW so travel and preference to work in these areas can be considered.

* You must be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
* The role may involve travel and working outside regular hours to meet stakeholder needs.
