Business Development Lead
This leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth across the region, focusing on both on-premise and off-premise channels. You will lead a high-performing team, coaching and mentoring area managers to identify opportunities and implement state-based initiatives.
Main responsibilities include customer engagement, business development, and trade execution. This role requires strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and contributing to state P&L outcomes. A flexible, empathetic leadership style paired with a passion for the beverage industry will be essential for success.
* Candidates must have 3-5 years' experience in a business development or similar leadership position within the FMCG or beverage sector.
* Proven experience coaching and mentoring diverse teams is essential.
* Able to identify blind spots, unlock commercial opportunities, and lead by example in the field.
