Job Description:
This role involves coordinating the delivery of education programs and services within a correctional centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and scheduling educational programs, as well as intermediate technology skills.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to plan the delivery of education and vocational training programs. They will also coordinate the delivery of assessment and planning services to offenders, including the identification of priority inmates and allocation and monitoring of team caseloads.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Education Services Coordinator will contribute to offender case management by providing regular reports on offenders' learning progress and achievement. They will also monitor the quality of recording and reporting of offender participation in education and training programs.
The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. A current driver's licence is also required for this position.

Requirements:
* Operational experience in planning and scheduling educational programs: vocational training, foundation skills, traineeships, core skills assessments (CSA).
* Intermediate technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams and records management software.
* Current Driver Licence.
