Communications & Government Affairs Manager

**About the Role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Communications & Government Affairs Manager,** to join our team.
Reporting to Director of Communications & Government Affairs ANZ and ASEAN, this role will be responsible for continuing to help drive and often lead key deliverables across the full spectrum of corporate affairs.
**Further Accountabilities but not limited to**:
- Responsible for ANZ communication activities such as media relations, crisis management and working with our PR agency on proactive opportunities.
- Partnering with our agency to drive government affairs initiatives with state and federal governments.
- Contribute to our key sustainability strategy and programs through stakeholder engagement, project delivery and regular connection withour regional and global colleagues on shared learnings.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring forward your demonstrated knowledge and experience across Communications and Government Relations, preferably in an FMCG or consumer products/retail environment, or in an agency that supports FMCG or retail clients.
You are someone that has demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and management of communications and government strategies with a passion for driving sustainable business solutions. You are proactive and passionate about creating positive change, particularly when it comes to sustainability and social impact.
Degree qualified you will have strong communication skills - with a proven ability to work independently and lead projects start to finish.
