* Perform various tasks related to the production and installation of signage, including but not limited to cutting, assembling, and finishing.
* Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, following safety guidelines and ensuring optimal performance.
* Safely handle and move materials such as metal, plastic, vinyl, and other signage components using appropriate tools and equipment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines, communicating effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset but not required.
* Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
* Valid driver's license.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
