Commercial Contracts Administrator
GFG Projects is a newly established division with a focus on exceptional project delivery.
We seek a passionate and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Toowoomba and Southeast Queensland Region.
The successful candidate will provide support to our project management teams to deliver diverse construction projects.
To be suitable for this opportunity, the applicant must demonstrate:
* Practical experience in commercial construction contracts administration
* Experience in subcontractor management with strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA
* Advanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* High degree of commercial acumen
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build positive business relationships
