National Account Manager

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage relationships with key retail partners to ensure mutual growth and success. This strategic partnership involves:
1. Create and maintain strong connections with retail partners to achieve excellent results.
2. Develop joint strategic plans for promotions, forecasting, and in-store execution.
3. Utilize sell-in and POS data to generate actionable insights that drive category growth.
4. Manage the entire process from ranging decisions to retail sell-through.
5. Provide innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance category management.
6. Collaborate with Product and Demand Planning teams to align market insights with business strategies.
7. Develop and present insightful reports supporting financial forecasts and business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience as a National Account Manager with a track record of growth and strong retail relationships.
2. Experience managing multiple brands or categories within a premium consumer goods company, with knowledge of the Australian and NZ retail markets.
3. Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerBI.
4. Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and build trust.
5. Energy and confidence in managing multiple priorities.
6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing.
