Who You Are:

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to routine and complex service calls whilst nurture customer relationships by providing excellent service and ensuring their security systems are in optimal condition.
* Troubleshooting and maintaining systems, keeping things running smoothly
· Prepare service reports detailing all work done
* Collaborate with the team to drive service excellence
* Working closely with our team to share ideas, solve problems, and grow together
* Be available for after-hours service calls (rostered between team)
What You Bring:
* Experience installing and maintaining intrusion alarms, CCTV (IP) and access control
* Solid troubleshooting and programming skills
* Sound networking skills
* Eagerness to take on new challenges and build on what you already know.
* Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
* Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites
Your Qualifications:
* Private Security Licence
* ACMA Cabling Licence
* White Card
* At least 4 years of field experience in access control, CCTV, Networking, and intercom systems
* Systems experience with:
* CCTV
: Hikvision, Dahua, milestone, NX Witness
* Access Control
: Tecom, Integriti (essential)
* Intrusion
: Ajax, Bosch, paradox
