Service Coordination Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians across planned and reactive works.
* Coordinate schedules, repairs, and maintenance bookings to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Liaise with clients and technicians to monitor job progress and resolve issues promptly.
* Review job paperwork and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
* Prepare quotes and estimates for breakdown and service works, taking into account the specific needs of each client.
* Support the administrative team with service-related processes and assist with inventory control of parts and components.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* At least 3 years' experience in a service coordination role within HVAC, mechanical, or construction.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
* A good understanding of HVAC systems is advantageous, but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and similar systems, such as Simpro.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
