MAK Industrial Water Solutions is a national water and waste water treatment specialist. MAK Water designs and manufactures a wide range of water treatment plants, and supports its customers with a network of service teams across Australia.
We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of water treatment plants, with a wide range of technologies, and a strong future order book for plants to be installed in Australia and overseas.
The Role
As our Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day‐to‐day execution of service activities across Australia, ensuring our technicians, customers, suppliers and internal teams remain connected and operating efficiently.
This is a fast‐paced and varied role that will see you coordinating service requests from purchase order through to invoicing, while supporting the mobilisation and scheduling of technicians for both preventative and breakdown maintenance activities.
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating service requests from purchase order through to invoicing
* Scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance activities
* Coordinating technician mobilisation, travel and accommodation bookings
* Preparing customer quotations and managing spare parts, consumable and chemical orders
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintaining accurate ERP system data, service records and documentation
* Supporting stock transfers, purchase orders and inventory coordination
* Assisting with contractor compliance requirements, inductions and service‐related administration
This is a full‐time, Monday to Friday position based in Malaga, WA.
Skills and Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer‐focused and thrive in a fast‐paced operational environment where priorities can change quickly.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar coordination, mobilisation, scheduling or administrative role
* Strong systems and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems experience (GreenTree highly regarded)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* A proactive approach and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
