About the Role
The role of the Customer Service Coordinator is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, organisation and communication. As the first point of contact for builders and their trades, you will juggle orders, deliveries and enquiries while keeping communication clear and solutions flowing. You will play a key role in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for our customers and their trade, even when plans change.
Duties
* Be the go-to contact for builders and trades
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and their trades
* Keep orders, quotes and deliveries moving smoothly
* Coordinate delivery stages and manage timelines
* Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions
* Keep customers informed and expectations clear
* Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, Warehouse and Purchasing teams
* Maintain accurate records and ensure accurate follow up
Skills & Experience
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
* Versatile background in customer service or similar support roles
* Clear, confident communication and a warm, professional phone manner
* Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills
* Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
* Positive, adaptable attitude with a calm and personable approach
* Experience in the building or plumbing industry is advantageous, but not essential
