Job Role Overview
The Emergency Services Cadets Program is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support the successful operation of its initiatives across Queensland. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, experience in managing volunteers, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality community development projects.
This role will play a critical part in building effective networks and partnerships with emergency services and community organisations. The successful applicant will work closely with the Program Manager to deliver daily service delivery and operational management of the program, including event coordination and delivery, as well as providing administrative support.
