No prospecting. No buyer inspections. No chasing new business. Your job is to be the operational backbone — the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for: End-to-end sales administration (from listing through to settlement) Managing contracts, compliance, and documentation Coordinating marketing campaigns and materials Diary and workflow management for the lead agent Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and internal teams Keeping everything on track, on time, and on point What Matters You're not learning real estate here — you already know it. Previous experience in a similar EA / sales admin role within real estate Strong understanding of the sales process, compliance, and timelines Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage volume without dropping the ball Calm under pressure — you don't get rattled when things stack up Takes ownership — you see what needs to be done and just get it done Holding current Cert of Registration (at a minimum) Local to the Terrigal, Central Coast area The Environment This is a high-performance setup.
