Competitive hourly rate: Up to $88 p/h Super Responsibilities Evaluate proposals to ensure compliance with local environmental plans (LEPs), development control plans (DCPs), and the NSW planning legislation.Provide recommendations and reports for council decision-making or delegated approvals.Consult with residents, developers, government agencies, and other stakeholders on planning matters.
