About the role

We are seeking a Resort Front Office Supervisor to join our vibrant team on the stunning Gold Coast in Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our resort's front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. This opportunity would suit an experienced Duty Manager looking at wanting take the next step in your hospitality career.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead the front office team, including scheduling, coaching and development

Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience

Manager any guest escalations, support the team to maintain accurate guest records and handle all guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve front office operations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated guest experience

Monitor and analyse front office metrics to identify areas for improvement

Contribute to the overall success of the resort by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the achievement of business goals

Working closely with the Resort Manager to maximise revenue opportunities within the resort with a strong focus on managing OTA and direct rental bookings

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a resort duty manager role or similar

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using hotel management software and technology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and other stakeholders

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Available to work Tuesday to Saturday but also flexible to work other days/hours if required

Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or Timeshare resort experience.
