This is a Recruitment Pool for suitably qualified Clinical Nurses covering:
Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time, Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: As part of the multidisciplinary team, the primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse (CN) Infection Prevention and Control (IP&C) is to manage, coordinate and deliver the WACHS South West Infection Prevention and Control Program within the designated site or district; using leadership, advanced nursing skills and knowledge. The CN is a clinical resource for; and provides clinical supervision of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and students. This position is under the professional supervision of the Clinical Nurse Specialist - Infection Prevention and Control.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience in the delivery of evidence-based nursing care within the relevant practice setting or speciality of Infection Prevention and Control (IP&C).
* Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including team leadership and clinical escalation capability.
* Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and risk management to improve the experience for patients.
* Demonstrated digital capability to enable access and use of clinical systems which contribute to the provision of quality care and information availability.
