We also work closely with some smaller boutique builders & renovation companies completing kitchen, bathroom, and joinery projects. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who has a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the team at our Rockingham facility. For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to work both autonomously and within a team, while expanding your skillset.

· Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
· Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards
· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
· Optimise warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency
· Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments

And here is what we require from you:
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role for a minimum of Five (5) years
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
* Understanding of WHS requirements
* Forklift licence (desirable)
* Must be reliable and trustworthy
* Great work ethic
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
* Contributes to the success of the team and helps others when needed
* Good communication skills
* Positive mindset and attitude
