Job Title: Remote IT Support and Network Services
We're seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team of experts.
As a remote IT support and network services specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to clients across the region. Your primary role will involve resolving complex IT issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions;
2. Maintain and upgrade network equipment, software, and systems to ensure optimal performance;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues and improve overall system efficiency;
4. Analyze and troubleshoot complex network problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions;
5. Develop and implement procedures for documenting and tracking technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field;
* Expertise in Windows Server Administration, System Desktop Administration, and Customer Service;
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python;
* Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
