We are seeking a skilled Technical Integration Specialist to assist with maintaining critical integrations at a global scale via the analysis, troubleshooting and monitoring of APIs in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
This position enables the ability to maintain critical integrations at a Global scale which underpins our retail and digital channel.
This is a technical support role where you will have direct access to the highest technical resources available for problem identification, resolution, or new feature creation.

Key Responsibilities
* Escalate API and integration layer issues within the organisation's tech stack.
* Analyse and troubleshoot API request/responses, data payloads and/or workflow related issues by delving into logs and looking at API sequence interactions.
* Collaborate with the API & integration team to leverage their SME experience (escalation, integrations etc).
* Engage with internal and external customers and stakeholders on technical support analysis.
* Document knowledge articles and FAQs to assist with future support calls. Monitor and liaise with customers and relevant stakeholders regarding any incidents or status updates in a timely manner.
* Work with Jira Service Management to support customers.
* Plus, if you have experience with Azure APIM and Splunk for troubleshooting end-to-end transactions.
* Bonus if you can write queries for data extraction and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in an IT support capacity within an integration context.
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
* Prior experience working with APIs and data integration.
* Bonus if you have basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages.
* Excellent communication and ability to troubleshoot complex problems/incidents.
