This is the chance to join right as they take off.More About the Role at StocklandKey ResponsibilitiesBudgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets and provide accurate monthly forecasting and property reporting.Asset Management: Drive asset net profit by maximizing revenue opportunities and managing expenditure within budget.Lease Management: Manage lease administration, including accuracy of lease set up, rent reviews, and managing critical dates.Lease Negotiation: Assist in negotiation of new leases, renewals, and disposals.Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of satisfaction and retention.
