Are you a skilled Cafe Manager? We're looking for a Manager to lead our hospitality operations at our café at Rockingham Tafe. If you're passionate about great food, great coffee and team leadership – we'd love to hear from you!
Great hours – Monday to Friday only. Enjoy all public holidays and school holidays off!
About the Role
As the Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations. This includes:
* Leading a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality service.
* Deliver quality food and beverages
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
* Support the Chef with menu planning, ordering, receiving stock and stock rotation.
About You
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a front of house supervisor role or similar
* Must be an accomplished barista
* Knowledge of the kitchen preferred but not essential
* A methodical, organised approach to work
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with relevant certifications
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
