We're looking for a motivated Landscaper with an interest in civil construction works to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and wants variety—combining landscaping with hands-on civil and site-based projects.
There are currently two positions available -
1)Experienced Landscaper
2)2nd or 3rd year Landscaping Apprentice (must already be enrolled)
Key Responsibilities:
* Soft landscaping and general groundskeeping
* Assisting with civil construction works such as:
* Site preparation and excavation support
* Drainage, concreting, edging, and retaining structures
* Pathways, paving, and hard landscaping
* Operating and maintaining landscaping and construction tools/machinery
* Following plans, drawings, and site instructions
* Maintaining safe, clean, and organised work sites
* Working as part of a team across landscaping and civil projects
About You:
* Experience in landscaping, gardening, or civil construction (preferred but not essential)
* Interest in learning civil construction skills
* Ability to use hand tools and small machinery (training provided)
* Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Driver's licence [required ]
* White card
* Working with children's check
