About the Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
Establish positive relationships with residents
Perm part time roles available for the right people
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and recent flu.
Some may be required to complete a NDIS check.
