This growing allied health provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their contractor team, supporting primarily adult clients with complex mental health presentations across Busselton.
The organisation has developed a strong reputation within the community, resulting in consistent referrals and growing demand. Perth clinicians can step straight into an existing caseload, while Busselton offers the opportunity to build a substantial caseload from a current waitlist of more than 30 participants.
The Role:
You'll work predominantly with adults presenting with a range of psychosocial and mental health conditions, including:
* PTSD and complex trauma
* Schizophrenia and psychotic disorders
* Autism Spectrum Disorder
* ADHD
* Psychosocial disability
* Drug and alcohol‐related presentations
* Complex NDIS participants
* Functional capacity and community participation needs
While the majority of referrals are adult‐focused, there may also be occasional adolescent and paediatric clients depending on your interests and experience.
Work is delivered within the community, with clinicians operating from home and travelling directly to participants.

About You
You will be someone who:
* Has experience working independently within the NDIS environment
* Enjoys mental health and psychosocial disability work
* Is confident with report writing and stakeholder communication

Requirements
* AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience working within the NDIS
* Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
