We are working with a Financial Services organisation going through immense growth based on their B2B offering to their core market segment. As part of this growth they are moving away from a dependence on external vendors and building out their own IT Team. As a** Technical** **Integration Lead** you will own, design and deliver proactive technology services that support the use of a customer centric digital platform.
Technically you are a mentality of 'constant improvement' and will have the following experience:
- Experience in Integration Operations / Support and Enhancement / Development ideally in financial services
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure API, Azure DevOps and MuleSoft API Gateway
- Advanced knowledge and experience in ITIL processes specifically Incidents, Problems and Change
- Experienced in managing major incidents, trouble shooting, root cause analysis and working under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven track record of continual service improvement, achieving service agreements and with a risk mindset (including policy, standards and processes)
- Experience managing 3rd party vendor delivery and outcomes
- Understanding of integration and API design patterns and best practices
- Experience with data transformation involving Common Message Models, including XML, JSON, CSV or fixed-width
- Experience on scripting languages like C#, JavaScript, Shell script, Python
- Experience with custom SDLC processes such as code versioning, packaging, test driven development (TDD), continuous integration, test automation, code analysis, and code quality metrics.
