About the Role: Due to high patient demand our client is in urgent need of a dedicated and passionate General practitioner to join their team! Over the past 2 years, the team has lost the service of long-serving GPs who have decided to retire. This well-established mixed billing practice sees the patient base continuously growing and the current team is booked out. The incoming GP can expect to be busy quickly. You will work with 3 FTE nurses and a team of 10 General practitioners (working both FT & PT hours). About the practice: Located about 10km Northwest of Adelaide BD, our client recognises that a person’s health and well-being are personal and that our role is to provide healthcare in a manner best suited to each of the people who visit us for advice and support. Visiting specialists also provide support for their Clinic in the areas of geriatrics, endocrinology, ear nose, and throat, surgical pediatrics, and obesity management. Other healthcare services are also available within their Clinic. There is a dental clinic, an audiologist, a pharmacy, pathology, psychology, radiology, an optometrist, a podiatrist, a physiotherapist, a diabetes educator, and dietitians. About you: MBBS or equivalent Must have a current and valid AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration FRACGP qualified A strong passion for delivering high-quality care is also a must. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Capability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients What’s on offer: 70% of billings are on offer for the VR GP, with flexible hours so you can find a genuine work-life balance. Weekend work is not required but is available on Saturday.
