The Opportunity
Sales Consultants at our Top Ryde club (known at Fitness First as Member Support Consultants, MSCs) are the driving force behind the success of Fitness First. They are the first people to interact with our members and inspire thousands to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled and confident versions of themselves.
No two days are the same as an MSC. You will interact with people from all walks of life and drive membership growth by performing outreach activities—generating and converting leads by inspiring people to take action that improves their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. You will aid membership retention through positive interaction with existing members, handle enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service that motivates them to continue their fitness journey.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seek referrals, and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Actively participate in member retention programs to inspire continued fitness journeys
- Regularly service new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending club-based products to boost results
Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions that meet member needs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire action
- Drive: goal-focused and continuously seeking new ways to excel
- Team player who can collaborate and celebrate success
- Customer-focused with ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds
