The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, the Aged Care Act, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. About the Role Business partnering for the Homecare, Allied Health and Disability Services, including reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting Maintaining a thorough understanding of the current Aged Care Act, the proposed New Aged Care Act and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (and the rules and regulations that govern the sectors) Providing specialist analysis and advice to Consumer Directed Care leadership to drive business growth and sustainability Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for Home Care, Clinical Therapies and Disability Services Preparing and assisting with acquittals and acquittal lodgements Perform the duties of the role in accordance with CatholicCare Sydney’s Mission, Vision and Values About You To be a successful candidate you will have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting CA/CPA qualified or be working towards Understanding of the Aged Care Act Ability to develop and review processes for improvement, with excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Experience in power BI and ERP System A strong customer service ethic and person-centred approach Good computer literacy and capability, including being proficient in a range of systems including the accounting system, Care Management system, Microsoft Office - particularly Excel & Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail, quality, accuracy, numeracy, and presentation skills.
