Mater Hospital Brisbane has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Unit Manager with strong leadership skills within a haematology oncology setting. This position will be offered as a maximum term contract 12 months, full time role of 38 hours per week and is available with an immediate start.
This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to provide and ensure the highest quality patient care, where advanced clinical skills and knowledge underpin care coordination, collaboration and communication for excellence in patient outcomes.
As the leader of this team, you will provide exceptional nursing management and be responsible for the clinical, resource management, education and research accountabilities of nursing within this area. Additionally, you will ensure the provision of best practice, quality and safety aspects of patient care.
Salary range: $73.56 - $79.11 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
