About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to advocate for the success of our clients and community of WoC.
Your Responsibilities
1. Community Management: Identify, recruit, onboard and develop a diverse range of community groups for different client and impact projects using data and analytical insights.
2. Data Analysis, Communication and Problem Solving: Develop custom analytical strategies using insights, optimise overall performance and manage a portfolio of Communities using internal measurement tools and data analysis.
3. Event Management: Lead and project manage events to support the community ecosystem.
4. Stakeholder Management: Be the face and voice of the community to our internal team and collate and share data-driven community feedback.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* A commercial mindset gained through two years of work experience in an early stage startup or agency.
* A deep love for community and desire to elevate all WoC.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Will travel to visit partners, attend events etc.
* Team player with strong people skills and ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
* Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A kind heart.
* Loves Data: has experience working in CRM databases, and enjoys diving into numbers and analysing performance.
* Community Management Experience: especially in startup space.
* Business development experience.
* Experience in video production and/or graphic design.
* Loves digital storytelling.
