We are looking for Head and Junior Sommeliers with a passion for and deep knowledge of Italian wine. Join our progressive, caring and friendly team. As Head Sommelier you'll be in charge of COGS, training staff, ordering. An exciting opportunity to build a reserve list in our existing and new venues. Head position should have 3 years + working in the wine industry. WSET 2 not a must but highly regarded.
