Senior Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong financial management skills and experience.
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support to the business, including sound financial practices, data analysis, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, reforecasts, and monthly accounts; analysing operational productivity and its link to financial performance; and ensuring accurate and timely management reporting.
Key Accountabilities
* Prepare annual budget, plan and presentation
* Prepare reforecasts at regular intervals throughout the year
* Provide strategic planning assistance to the business
* Analyse operational productivity and its link to financial performance
* Assist with preparation of capital expenditure proposals
* Oversee monthly accounts and balance sheet
* Ensure accurate and timely management reporting
* Prepare weekly EBITDA estimates
* Review and approve monthly reconciliations
* Meet with department heads to review and discuss costs
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
* CPA or equivalent qualification
* Broad experience in accounting and financial management over minimum 4 years
* Excellent communications skills, written and oral
* Strong analytical ability
* Absolute accuracy and attention to detail
* Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
