We are currently seeking Qualified Baker's for our Murwillumabh Bakers Delight. At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:
· Assisting in product preparation and baking
· Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
· Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's
· Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
· Assisting the Production Manager with stock control and production expenses
· Providing delightful customer service when required
· Dough making
· Oven work
· Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
· Customer service
· Ordering stock and stocktake
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Passion for baking
· Proven baking experience
· Ability to work a rotating roster
· Reliable transportation
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment
To be successful in this position, formal baking qualifications are essential and baking experience with Bakers Delight is an advantage. Further to this, the successful candidate must be flexible and able to work a rotating roster.
Your customer service focus and ability to consistently show initiative in an efficient manner will help you succeed in this role and excellent organisation and communication skills are a must
