YOUR ROLE
Be the friendly face of Finished Vehicle Logistics at CEVA's East Arm NT facility and deliver outstanding customer service and administrative support. Your role will entail efficiently managing tasks such as pick‐ups, drop‐offs, bookings, and quotes to ensure a seamless and positive front desk experience.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Handle inbound calls / emails / messages, and make outbound phone calls to schedule next‐day pickups and deliveries, including local and rural areas
* Manage customer pick‐ups and drop‐offs and initiate claims process for customer pick‐ups
* Oversee mail dispatch through TNT and Australia Post, including ordering new satchels
* Maintain supplier/contractor files and keep site induction folders up‐to‐date
* Collaborate with yard staff regarding pick‐ups and drop‐offs
* Ensure office supplies and uniforms inventory is well‐maintained
* Complete basic financial tasks
* Provide support for operational administrative duties as needed
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in an administrative role in any industry (preferably customer‐facing), together with:
* Exceptional communication, customer service and time management skills
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and capable of learning new systems / technology
* Good judgement in decision‐making or ability to escalate and seek guidance when necessary
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
