About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Radiology Department as an Administrative Officer (Lvl 2). The position delivers exceptional customer-focused service to all visitors and patients, supporting the delivery of safe and quality healthcare at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-standard patient reception and administrative support to the Radiology Department.
* Manage front desk inquiries efficiently and process patient arrivals in a timely manner.
* Handle essential office tasks, including expertly managing patient appointments and ensuring optimal scheduling using Cerner eMR and Karisma RIS.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to navigate Cerner eMR and Karisma RIS systems effectively.
* Experience in managing multiple tasks and adapting to change under pressure.
