Our client is a growing meat distribution company located in the Brisbane/Gold Coast corridor who are proud to distribute their products across Australia and the Pacific. Due to a period of growth we are searching for an experienced Export Documentation Officer to assist on their exported product compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sale & purchase contracts
Shipping instructions - draft/original bills of lading
Lodging RFP /EDN /PRA
Export documents
Overall office duties mail, filing etc and if you have some accounts payable / receivable experience that would be a bonus.
About you:
Must have Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure, to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously;
The ability to interface with all levels of management
Must have a drivers licence
