Chandler Macleod are seeking contract administrators to begin with our client ASAP on a maternity leave cover role with potential for extension.
The position of the Contract Administrator is to assist with the delivery of quality administration, analysis of financial data and management of operational support requirements to assist the Management Accountant and National Client Services Manager with day to day operations.
- Key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to): Processing and management of client work orders
- Generation and reconciliation of client invoices
- General accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll tasks
- Other ADHOC admin requirements
Timely input and processing of accounting information and tasks as required including but not limited to:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Report printing
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Goods receipting
Customer Service
- Receipt of Incoming Calls. Ensure calls are answered within 3 to 4 rings with a professional telephone manner.
- Assist with escalations via the National Contact center. Priorities urgent calls and ensure professional and prompt response is made by Facilities Technician or Sub Contractor at earliest opportunity.
- Receive requests for purchase orders. Effective liaison with Facilities Technicians, Sub Contractors and Suppliers. Issue and updating purchase orders in our WMS computer system or MDO.
