Seeking for Occupational Therapist, Tasmania.
Actively growing our Allied Health service offering and we are inviting you to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical care, advice and education in line with clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to the participant's conditions and clinical needs.
* Continually evaluate participant management for effectiveness, efficiency and quality and modify plans appropriately.
* Work effectively and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and to develop and offer best care, ensuring that participant care is integrated and effective.
* Communicate effectively with participants and families to ensure their understanding, and that their needs and views are included in treatment, care plans and actions.
Requires the following from you:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* AHPRA registration, or a willingness to attain it.
* Willingness to undertake intrastate travel to deliver services in other locations, and some outside normal hours work, as need arises.
* Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family centred practices is desirable.
* Current driver's licence.
* National Police Check (no older than 3 months).
* Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Must have Australian citizenship, permanent residence or a current valid visa that shows full working rights (no sponsorship)
