Catering Manager Job Opportunity
$85,000 per annum + superannuation
Monday - Friday | 6:30am - 14:30pm

The Position
Hands on planning, supervising, and managing the food production and menu based catering onsite.
* Responsible for stock control, weekly reporting and staff mentoring and training - both front and back of house
* Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve partnership objectives
* Manage finances within budget & maintain efficient operations across multiple services
* Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
The Person
We are looking for someone with:
* A minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
* A thorough understanding of allergens and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (mandatory)
* Good understanding of the NSW healthy eating framework
* Experience with full P&L Management
* Menu creation and costing skills
* Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service
* Contract management experience highly regarded
* Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
