SaaS Sales Executive

As a SaaS Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, with a strong focus on new business acquisition and strategic account growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll engage with senior executives to deliver value-driven solutions tailored to their needs.

This is a high-impact role with clear growth pathways into leadership for top performers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Drive revenue across the financial services sector, targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and leveraging inbound leads.
* Conduct discovery sessions to uncover client challenges, position solutions, and create compelling value propositions.
* Partner with solution consultants to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
* Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts.
* Develop and execute account plans to expand wallet share within existing clients.
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM.
* Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.


Ideal Profile:

* 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales (financial services experience strongly preferred).
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in sales.
* Strong understanding of sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder and solution selling.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with resilience, drive, and a growth mindset.
