Job Description:
As a Back-Office Support Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
Formatting assessments in Microsoft Word and PDF to a professional standard.
Proofreading learning materials, policies, and procedures for grammar, spelling, and consistency.
Building and uploading online assessments and learning resources into the aXcelerate LMS/SMS.
Developing eLearning materials using existing assessments, model answers, and supporting content.
Creating PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, and interactive documents.
Conducting research to align training content with Australian legislation and reliable resources.
Assisting in mapping assessments to Australian Units of Competency.
Uploading and managing content for usability, accessibility, and compliance.
Enhancing materials with multimedia features such as videos, interactive PDFs, and voice-overs.
Supporting the development and formatting of compliance documentation and internal policies.
Collaborating with the CEO and team via Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Maintaining and updating the aXcelerate training calendar.
Participating in validation sessions and supporting trainers with accurate learning content.
Contributing to the development of non-accredited webinars and short courses.
Providing voice-over narration for training presentations (highly regarded).
Job Requirements:Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in the RTO industry in Australia.
Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
Excellent written and spoken English.
High-level attention to detail with a strong focus on formatting and accuracy.
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy and fast, accurate typing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience using aXcelerate LMS/SMS.
Knowledge of ASQA compliance requirements and RTO operations.
Experience with assessment mapping to national training packages.
Background in developing or supporting eLearning content.
Ability to provide voice-over narration for digital learning assets.
