This role ensures that all aspects of integration are delivered effectively on time, and within budget, while minimizing disruption to business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, HR, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless transitions and successful outcomes.Project Planning and ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all initiatives.Coordinate and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and external partners.Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.Integration ManagementLead the integration of Enterprise Application systems into the Operating Model and technology landscapeDevelop and implement strategies to align organizational structures, cultures, and workflowsMonitor progress and address challenges to ensure successful integrationRisk ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the Integration ProjectDevelop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project successChange ManagementSupport change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions for employees and stakeholders, leveraging the existing Change Management specialist consultants already part of the Program team.Communicate changes effectively and provide training or resources as needed.Reporting and DocumentationTrack project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.Prepare post-project reviews and lessons learned reports.Qualifications & SkillsProven and referenceable experience in the planning and execution of similar integration projectsExperience in mergers and acquisitions or business transformation considered highly desirableExperience working in Natural Resources or Energy environments considered advantageousTechnical SkillsProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and organizational structures.Familiarity with IT systems and data migration processes is a plus.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive project success.Work EnvironmentFlexible work environment. Modern and contemporary office in Southbank Melbourne. The team typically gather 1-2 days a week in the office, with the remainder of time working from home.Travel to Brazil will be required. A reasonable assumption would be 1 trip of ~2 weeks every quarter. Business class travel. All travel expenses re-imbursed.Due to time zone constraints, meetings outside of normal business hours are regularly required.
