About The Role
You'll support people to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands‑on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a great team.
Responsibilities
* Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily admin needs.
* Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement.
* Open to helping our child participants in getting ready for school, drop off at school.
* Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
* Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.
We are looking for permanent part-time staff to support in Salisbury area. Successful candidates can expect a minimum of 12 hours per week, Mon‑Fri (8am‑8pm).
About You
We are looking for an experienced health support worker with a great attitude, reliability and genuine care for others.
You'll Also Bring
* Cert 3 Individual Support or similar relevant qualification
* Experience in mental health support/epilepsy/seizure/continence.
* NDISWSC
* WWCC
* National Police Check
* Driver's license and access to a roadworthy vehicle
* First Aid & CPR
