Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations including opening and closing procedures.
Lead and support a small team of retail staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues.
Manage stock levels, rotation, and ordering.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Handle cash and card transactions.
Operate point-of-sale systems.
Prepare products for sale.
Assist customers with inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow health and safety protocols.
